Deftones are a neo hardcore rock band. In 1995 they released there first album called Adrenaline, this album sold over half a million copies and with that they bursed onto the music scene, with many different types of songs on the album it was very successful. Deftones then imbarked on mass touring thanks to their success and ending up playing in prestigous concerts like ozzfest and played with metal legends Black Sabbath. Then in 1998 came the follow up to Adrenaline called around the fur but in my opinion it wasnt as good. Then in the year 2000 Deftones released white pony, it was like nothing that deftones had done before it was much more experimental, experimenting with different sounds. In my opinion this is equally as good as Adrenaline, but in ways they are both better than each other.
